Being a Bos

Please listen, who ever you are that have a position as a Bos:
to be a good bos is not difficul things to do
all you got to do is
Respect.... treat your people with respect, show some respect
than you'll get their respect in return
work environmrnt will be much lighter and better if we respect each other

But ....
once you forget it
and start being a snob, pain in the ass, asshole person
all you have in the end that people start cursing on you
so...
please be a good one..
